Hole

Before you start the repair, you need to countersink the edges of the hole with a chisel.

Once you have done this, fill the hole with the two-part rex-lith filler. Allow the filler a minimum of 30 minutes to cure, before levelling it off with 240 grit sand paper and moving up to 400 and 600 to smooth it all out.

Once the area is level, apply 3-4 light coatings of the chosen covering lacquer.

After the spraying is complete, we must lightly sand down some of the excess spray using 1200 grit and plenty of water.

Finally polish the profile with the polishing paste and the repair is complete.
