Firstly, make sure the damaged area is flat by removing all high points and burrs. Select two or three appropriate colours to fill the damaged area.

Make sure to overfill the damaged area and leave proud.

Level the ceramic filler using the special applicator.

Once level, use the sanding and polishing cloth to adjust the sheen level.
