Chip on a Corner

Firstly, clean the area with the repairlux cleaner. Squeeze through the syringe the appropriate repairlux filler onto a clear plastic film.

Next, use the metal modelling tool to apply the filler into the chip molding and creating the outside of the corner. Once the area is filled, place an unused clear plastic film over the filler.

Place the curing light directly over the damaged area to cure the filler for 3 minutes. Once cured, carefully peel off the plastic film.

After the base has cured, apply the repairlux liquid to completely fill the chipped corner. Place an unused clear plastic film over the filler.

Apply different granite granules if necessary.

Use the metal planer to level off the filler. Completely level off the filler using a small amount of water and micro mesh, starting with 2400 grit. Then 3200 grit and finally moving onto 4000 grit.

Finally, if required apply the repairlux polishing paste.
