Hole

Before you start the repair, you need to countersink the edges of the hole with a chisel.

Once you have done this, fill the hole with the two-part rex-lith filler. Allow the filler a minimum of 30 minutes to cure, before levelling it off with the metal planer.

Once the filler is level, apply your open grain with the corner of the special scraper.

To get your ideal base and grain colour, you will need to touch up the area using the KO240 paint touch up bottles and a thin brush.

To finish the repair, apply a light coat of maintenance lacquer using the maintenance sponge.
